At AG Fashion Hub (a unit of Amitoj Enterprises Ltd), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Exchange & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return & Exchange Window
1.1 Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
1.2 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging (if applicable)
- Items must not have any damage, stains, or alterations
- Items must be in the same condition as when received
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
2.1 Contact Us via WhatsApp
All return and exchange requests must be initiated through WhatsApp. Please contact us at +1 (604) 906-7834 with the following information:
- Your order details (design code, date of purchase)
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
2.2 Approval Process
Once we receive your request, we will review it within 2-3 business days. We will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm approval and provide return instructions.
2.3 Return Shipping
After approval, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
3. Exchange Policy
3.1 Size Exchanges
We understand that sizing can be tricky. If you need a different size, we offer size exchanges subject to availability. Size exchanges are only available for the same design in a different size.
3.2 Exchange Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery
- Specify the desired size for exchange
- Once approved, return the original item
- We will ship the new size once we receive and inspect the returned item
- If the desired size is not available, we will offer a refund or alternative options
3.3 Exchange Restrictions
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We cannot guarantee that your desired size or alternative design will be available at the time of your exchange request.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:
- Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
- Wrong item received
- Items that do not match the description on our website
- Returns that meet all eligibility criteria (as outlined in Section 1.2)
4.2 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.3 Refund Amount
The refund amount will include:
- Full product price
- Original shipping charges (if the return is due to our error)
Note: Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized items - Items made to your specific measurements or with custom alterations
- Sale or clearance items - Items purchased during special sales or clearance events (unless defective)
- Items without tags - Products returned without original tags and labels
- Worn or damaged items - Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use
- Altered items - Items that have been altered, tailored, or modified
- Items returned after 14 days - Products returned beyond the return window
6. Defective or Damaged Items
6.1 Quality Issues
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Include photos clearly showing the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
6.2 Inspection
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If an item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you at your expense.
7. Processing Time
7.1 Return Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days
- Exchange shipping: 3-5 business days (after approval)
Total time: Refunds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
8. Return Shipping Address
Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address via WhatsApp. Please do not send items to any address without prior approval.
9. Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. International Returns
For international customers, return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office regarding return procedures.
11. Cancellations
11.1 Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our standard return policy.
11.2 Cancellation Refund
If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
